Poach a pear in simple syrup spiked with Kirsch.
Soak one slice of panettone soaked in Kirsch simple syrup and beaten eggs.
Lightly fry the panettone eggy bread until cooked.
Serve in layers: Panettone French Toast, Kirsch Poached 🍐, Crème Fraiche, Pistachio Nuts.
