Haggis, Crab and Oatmeal Souffle with a side of Pearl White Onion and Grilled Endives

Dinner

timing

You can cook Haggis in the microwave! The Crab and Oatmeal Souffle needs to be cooked first. The seared vegetables should be cooked last and before they are served.

cook's notes

  • This isn't a traditional Burn's Supper, but it's a delicious combination.

  • The soufflé is an old Scottish recipe.

  • The White Pearl Onion and Grilled Endive was inspired. The onions were left over from a traditional French stew and the endives were in season.
