Use several frying pans to make everything at once. Make the scrambled eggs just before you heat the tortilla. You can let them sit for a minute while you heat the tortilla wrap.

This is a simple breakfast, but all the parts need to be completed at once. If you have a heavy set pan, the scrambled eggs will stay warm after you turn off the heat.

You can keep the tortillas warm in the oven, or you can wrap the cooked tortillas in foil.
