1 🍅 (🔪)
1 scallion/long green onion (🔪)
1 jalapeno (🔪)
1/2 cup feta 🧀
1/2 🥫 black beans
1 cup arepa flour
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons butter
1 pinch salt
Make the Dough
1. Combine the flour, water and salt in a mixing bowl and mix until it sticks together in a ball.
2. Rest 5 minutes in the bowl.
3. Knead for 3 minutes.
4. Shape into a circle and slice in 8.
5. Make small balls.
5. Place a ball between cling film and press a heavy object down on it to flatten out the arepas into a
pancake shape.

Melt butter in a cast-iron skillet and fry the arepas until golden brown.
Make the Black Bean Chilaquiles
🍳
1. Heat the oil.
2. Saute the tomatoes, onion and jalapenos.
3. Stir in the black beans.
4. Stir in the beaten eggs (cook until eggs are cooked).
Serve
Chilaquiles > Arepas > Cheese!
