1 tsp pomegranate seeds
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of coriander seeds
1 tablespoon of ghee or olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste
1 lb ground beef
1 onion (🔪)
1 cup of peas
1 tablespoon of 🍅puree
2 large 🥔(🔪)
Plain yogurt

Soften 🥔
1. Cut the 🥔 in to small pieces and pre-cook in the microwave for 3 minutes (or until slightly cooked).
🍳 Tarka (Curry Starter)
1. Melt the ghee.
2. Add the garlic and ginger paste and then onions.
3. Sauté the onion.
🍳Curry
1. Stir meat in to the tarka.
2. Stir in the dry rub.
3. Add 🍅puree.
4. Add 🥔 and peas.
🍽️
Serve in a bowl with Indian bread and yogurt.
