Truffle Mac and Cheese
A bowl of macaroni pasta
1/4 lb grated cheddar 🧀
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of flour
1 cup of 🥛
A drizzle of truffle oil
1. Cook the macaroni using the instructions on the packet.
Make a Roux
1. Create a plain, white flour sauce.
3. Add the grated cheese and let it dissolve.
5. Combine the cheese roux and the cooked macaroni.
6. Drizzle the truffle oil into the Mac n' Cheese and stir it.
Serve with ground pepper in a pasta bowl.
