225g self-raising flour

50g rye flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon English mustard powder

125g strong Cheddar, grated

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

150g Greek Yogurt

125ml full-fat milk

1 egg

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


25g strong Cheddar, grated

1. Mix together the dry ingredients and the cheese. 

2. Mix the wet ingredients and combine. 

Bake 200C Gas 6
