1 🥚, whisked
1/2 pound okra
2 tablespoons seltzer water
1 cup (or more) Panko
​
1. Add panko to a bowl
2. Whisk the 🥚 and add the seltzer
3. Cut the okra into bit size pieces
4. Dunk the okra in the egg mixture, then the okra and set aside.
5. Deep fry the okra in batches until they are light brown.
