Who's take on a signature dish is the best?
Since they got married in 1999, cooking has been a bone of contention. One cook, one host! How do you overcome the dinner party and come together as a couple to make cooking fun?
Before the competitions started there were two people coming at cooking from a different perspectives. Kim started out being very technical, the other learned to cook with her grandmother. In the end, they've learned from each other and become creative (with great technique!)

SIGNATURE DISH CHALLENGE
Different cities have different signature dishes. In this segment, the audience gets to explore the history of the city and the culture of the people with Kim and Sharon as they research the signature dish.
This would include talking with chefs, visiting historical sites and eating in bars and restaurants to uncover the oral history of the dish.
MAKING A DISH YOUR OWN!
Once the dish is chosen, Kim and Sharon spend time alone, creating their own version of the signature dish. Each person has a different taste, style and interests. The audience follow their creative process to understand their take on the signature dish.
COOK OFF!
Kim and Sharon cook and taste each other's dishes. Who decides who's dish reigns supreme? A panel of judges, a local chef, a historian, a celebrity judge from the city?
What's the competition for? Glory!
