Serves 4 people
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 dessert spoon Ginger Paste
1 large Bok Choy
Heat a large non-stick frying pan.
Add olive oil and ginger paste to the pan, stir!
Add bok choy, and stir to coat it (don't over season).
