How to Make Ginger Bok Choy

Original Recipe by Sharon and Kim





Serves 4 people




  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 dessert spoon Ginger Paste

  • 1 large Bok Choy




  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan.

  2. Add olive oil and ginger paste to the pan, stir!

  3. Add bok choy, and stir to coat it (don't over season).
